Dealer Principal Meet our Dealer Principal Jamie Mclean

Jamie relocated from Scotland to Australia in 2013, bringing with him a strong foundation in customer experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Over the past decade, he has built his career within automotive service centres across Brisbane, developing a deep understanding of both customer needs and operational excellence.

Jamie’s journey led him to Pacific Motor Group Caloundra, where he successfully managed the service department, elevating the customer experience across key brands including Ford, Isuzu UTE, and Kia. His leadership, commitment to high standards, and focus on team engagement played a key role in strengthening both performance and customer satisfaction.

Recognised for his ability to lead and inspire, Jamie was given the opportunity to step into the role of Dealer Principal. In this position, he continues to drive the business forward, aligning his extensive experience in customer experience and staff engagement with the company’s core values.

Jamie is passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for customers while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. He is equally committed to building strong connections within the local community and ensuring the business continues to grow and thrive.
